Associate Director, Oncology Field Reimbursement

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, develop, and manage a regional Oncology FRM team.
• Build, hire, and onboard a portfolio-ready team with clear role expectations, territory readiness
• Set and reinforce expectations for field execution, customer engagement, account prioritization
• Coach FRMs through field travel, ride-alongs, team meetings, business reviews, and individualized
• Ensure FRMs educate appropriate HCP office staff and account stakeholders on coverage, coding
• Translate oncology portfolio strategy, franchise priorities, payer dynamics, patient support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in health sciences, pharmacy, business, healthcare
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in field reimbursement, market access, managed care, payer
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading, coaching, developing, or managing field-based teams
• Oncology and/or hematology-oncology experience strongly preferred, including experience with
• Launch, indication expansion, territory buildout, or organizational scaling experience strongly
• Demonstrated understanding of coverage, coding, billing, reimbursement, benefit verification, prior
