  • Own paid search strategy across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
  • Audit and optimize product feeds (titles, attributes, GTINs, labels) for ROAS.
  • Architect campaign and feed segmentation for AI-driven products.
  • Collaborate with clients and teams on landing pages, PDP quality, feed health, and tracking.
  • Set measurement frame: ROAS, new customers, margin-aware bidding.
  • Lead and mentor a team of search/feed specialists; raise QA and docs.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in paid search/performance media with Shopping/feed campaigns.
  • Fluency with Merchant Center and feed tools (Feedonomics, Productsup).
  • Strong Google Ads skills (Shopping, Performance Max, search) and Microsoft Advertising.
  • Commerce mindset: margin, AOV, LTV; feed-to-storefront connection.
  • Experience leading people and managing senior client relationships (agency/managed services).

Not a must, but a plus

  • Experience with large catalogs and supplemental feed strategies.
  • Familiar with retail media networks (Amazon, Walmart Connect, Instacart).
  • Scripting/automation (Google Ads scripts).
  • Analytical rigor: GA4, BigQuery, Looker Studio.
