Associate Director, Paid Search (Feeds & Shopping) (Remote)

📋 Description

• Own paid search strategy across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Lead feed optimization: audit, restructure, and improve product feeds.
• Architect campaign and feed segmentation for AI-driven buying.
• Partner with clients and teams on landing pages, PDP quality, and tracking.
• Set the measurement frame: ROAS, new customers, margin-based bidding.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of search and feed specialists.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in paid search with Shopping and feed campaigns.
• Strong feed fluency with Merchant Center and tools (Feedonomics, Productsup).
• Strong Google Ads mastery (Shopping, Performance Max, search) and MS Advertising a plus.
• Commerce mindset: margin, AOV, LTV, and feed-to-storefront connections.
• Experience leading people and managing senior client relationships.
• Excellent communication; explain complex feed/search concepts to non-specialists.
