Associate Director, Paid Social (Remote)

📋 Description

• Lead paid social growth for top advertisers across platforms
• Drive strategy, forecasting and planning for ecommerce, retail, and B2B clients
• Coordinate with creative teams to optimize messaging
• Develop client relationships and revenue growth via renewals
• Oversee onboardings, QBRs, renewal calls, and client comms
• Serve as senior sponsor for multiple client accounts

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years paid social client management
• 1+ year supervisory experience
• Meta/LinkedIn required; Pinterest/Snapchat/TikTok a plus
• Analytical with GA, Meta Business Manager; proficient with Excel/Google Sheets
• Strong communication with C-Suite audiences
• Leadership mindset with strategic focus
