Associate Director, Patient Engagement

📋 Description

• Own multi-year patient engagement platform strategy across therapies and programs
• Lead migration of external vendor platform to AbbVie-hosted model, overseeing timeline, risk, and
• Define governance, standards, and roadmap investments for scalable portfolio support
• Drive digital engagement and evaluate regulated tech solutions for patient services
• Manage large vendor relationships, budgets, SLAs, and ROI tracking

🎯 Requirements

• B.A./B.S. in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field
• 8+ years in pharma/patient services; 3+ years in leadership
• Deep expertise in patient engagement, hub ops, or related services
• Experience managing large-scale vendor relationships and budgets in regulated healthcare
• Proven success migrating platforms from vendors to internal environments
• Working knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud preferred; familiarity with
