Associate Director, Patient Engagement Training

📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership for design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of
• Lead end-to-end training strategy and launch readiness initiatives for new products, indications
• Partner with senior leaders, including APS Training, Marketing, Patient Services Operations, Access
• Direct assessment, design, development, delivery, reinforcement, and evaluation of training
• Establish and oversee training governance, project prioritization, resource planning, timelines
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of training professionals by providing coaching, career

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8-15 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry or equivalent training experience.
• Management experience demonstrating success in developing and leading effective teams required.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with ability to navigate ambiguity and manage
• Project management experience managing cross-functional teams and/or external partners through
• Proven experience in identifying launch training needs and addressing them via design, development
