📋 Description

• Manage patient case progression, identifying and addressing barriers to oncology therapies.
• Communicate with patients, providers, pharmacies, and stakeholders for case resolution.
• Review cases to reduce time to treatment and ensure accurate case statuses in databases.
• Collaborate with support teams and commercial leadership for patient progress.
• Troubleshoot reimbursement issues including prior authorizations and denials.
• Serve as liaison for shipment delays, escalations, and operational challenges.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years pharma experience in patient services or specialty pharmacy.
• Experience supporting oral oncology therapies and distribution channels.
• Strong reimbursement and patient access expertise.
• Understanding of health insurance benefits and payer policies.
• Proficiency in data entry and maintaining patient case records.
