Associate Director, Patient Support Services

📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day patient support program ops with PSS vendors
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Sales, Market Access
• Create/update PSS materials and submit via MLR using Veeva
• Work US-based remote role with quarterly SF visits

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS required; MA preferred
• 8–10 years biotech/pharma PSS/vendor exp
• Understand specialty market, reimbursement and CMS/OIG guidelines
• Strong analytical skills; strategic thinking
• Excellent cross-functional communication and teamwork
• Travel 20–30%
