📋 Description

• Lead HR operations across the region.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant senior HR experience (HR Manager or Associate Director level).
• Experience supporting France or Germany preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of European employment law across multiple jurisdictions.
• Proven ability to own HR projects end-to-end with accountability.
• Collaborative, consultative style with stakeholders and local teams.
• Analytical thinker with practical, implementable solutions.
