• Coaching and developing local HR teams
• Ensure policies, procedures, and programs align with goals and local realities
• Act as go-to expert for complex HR matters and investigations
• Engage staff representatives and advise on employment matters
• Drive engagement, growth, and development with local teams

🎯 Requirements

• Significant regional HR experience at HR Manager/Associate Director level
• Knowledge of European employment law across jurisdictions
• Ability to resolve complex problems proactively
• End-to-end ownership of HR projects
• Collaborative, consultative style with senior stakeholders
• Relevant degree or professional HR qualification
