🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Biology or equivalent; MS/PhD preferred.
10+ years in biotech program management; biology/genetics background.
FP&A/Finance experience supporting engineering or product teams.
PM certification; experience with resource management tools is a plus.
Strong knowledge of data workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
Experience with portfolio management platforms and BI tools (Planisware, Smartsheet, Tableau, Power BI).
