• Bridge R&I and Clinical Development as the operational engine.
• Maintain integrated master timelines and Gantt charts across programs.
• Drive meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
• Track cross-functional interdependencies and risks.
• Enable on-time, on-budget delivery of Bicycle therapies.

🎯 Requirements

• Biopharmaceutical project management expertise across discovery to IND/CTA and clinical.
• Portfolio scheduling with cross-functional interdependencies.
• Advanced PM toolset: MS Project, Smartsheet, dashboards.
• Strong meeting facilitation and minute-capture skills.
• Adaptive stakeholder communication across levels.
• PMP/PRINCE2 credentials desirable but not essential.
