Associate Director, Pricing and Access Analytics

📋 Description

• Lead pricing analysis, scenario planning, gross-to-net modeling, rebate and contracting economics
• Build and maintain financial models that evaluate pricing options, payer and PBM contracting
• Partner with Sr. Director, Access Strategy and co-lead pricing committee with Market Access
• Monitor and analyze policy and pricing trends with potential to impact launch of avexitide
• Partner with finance to help assess risk and develop mitigation solution for potential government
• Ensure compliance and State Drug Pricing Transparency reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree such as MBA, MPH, MS, PharmD, or related discipline
• 6+ years of experience in market access, pricing, contracting, analytics, finance, forecasting
• Strong understanding of U.S. pricing, gross-to-net, payer, PBM, health system, specialty pharmacy
• Demonstrated ability to build analytical models, interpret complex data, and communicate practical
• Experience in rare disease, specialty pharmacy, launch planning, pricing strategy, contracting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, pivot table, financial modeling, PBM/payer negotiations &amp
