Associate Director, Product Quality

📋 Description

• Lead a team of Quality professionals for product transfer activities and cross-functional delivery
• Drive on-time quality deliverables for new product launches and TPM partnerships
• Develop Global Product Quality Assurance strategy for pharma, biologics, devices
• Act as primary Quality contact with third party manufacturers and AbbVie Operations
• Make key decisions on quality, compliance, and regulatory conformance
• Manage quality metrics and align with senior leadership on compliance state

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Life Science or technical field; graduate degree desired
• 10+ years in QA operations, regulatory, or related pharma roles
• Experience with regulatory inspections and plant operations in pharma
• Knowledge of biological/pharma tech areas (sterile, devices, APIs, etc.)
• Strong analytical, leadership, and cross-cultural problem-solving skills
• Background in quality assurance, manufacturing, regulatory, or validation
