Associate Director, Professional Development Delivery

📋 Description

• Directly manage and coach a regional team of PD Strategists and Lead PLS, setting goals and driving
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture centered on customer impact, accountability, and
• Turn company and regional goals into clear plans, ownership, and success metrics
• Track performance, capacity, and commitments, adjusting and escalating risks as needed
• Equip PD Strategists with the tools and guidance to deliver effective strategies
• Partner with regional leaders on hiring, onboarding, performance management, and talent development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years in K–12 education, professional development, instructional leadership, curriculum, or
• Experience designing, delivering, or overseeing PD and supporting practice adoption
• Experience managing, coaching, and developing teams
• Experience managing large educational projects, including planning, budgeting, resourcing, and
• Strong knowledge of instruction, adult learning, and change management; STEM background is valuable
