Drive planning, execution, and governance of GTM initiatives across APAC and MEA
Partner with regional leadership to turn priorities into executable programs and milestones
Monitor progress, manage dependencies, ensure timely delivery
Establish governance frameworks, reviews, and dashboards
Drive accountability across stakeholders to meet milestones
Manage interdependencies across workstreams and geographies

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Admin, Technology; MBA preferred
10+ years in Program Management, Business Ops, GTM Strategy, Sales Ops
5+ years leading complex cross-functional programs
Experience with enterprise B2B tech, SaaS, AI, analytics, mobility, or software
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Scrum, Asana would be added advantage
