Associate Director, Project Management

📋 Description

• Partner with Head of Clinical Development to develop and execute global project strategy.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain proactive communication.
• Design and manage integrated project plans from discovery to clinical.
• Coordinate activities across Biology, Chemistry, DMPK, In Vivo Pharmacology, Toxicology, CMC, Clinical Development, Regulatory, Biometrics, and more.
• Lead governance by facilitating team meetings, documenting decisions, and tracking action items.
• Champion AI-enabled tools and LLMs to improve planning, decision-making, and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree (MS, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent).
• PMP certification preferred.
• 8+ years in biotech/pharma with at least 3 years PM experience.
• Experience across discovery through clinical development (preclinical/CMC/IND).
• Influential without authority; builds trusted cross-functional relationships.
• Strong organizational, facilitation, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Thrives in fast-paced biotech with evolving priorities and ambiguity.
• Active use of AI/Large Language Models to improve productivity and collaboration.
