Associate Director, Project Management

📋 Description

• Drive efficiencies in project deliverables across multiple projects and brands
• Partner with Brand Operations to allocate and manage resources
• Own, maintain and report on project plans, status, and hot-lists
• Manage large clients and complex projects with cross-functional teams
• Schedule and lead weekly internal/external (client-facing) status meetings
• Track decisions impacting budget, scope, and timelines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university required
• Minimum of 8 years of related experience and/or training
• Desire to coach, mentor and lead team members
• Experience assembling and managing schedules with multiple dependencies and stakeholders
• PMP, Six Sigma, ScrumMaster certifications highly desired
• Excellent analytics mentality and data storytelling
