Associate Director, Project Management

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end project management on flagship accounts, incl. budget and schedule
• Lead Creative and Production teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery within budget
• Coordinate client requests and project requirements with the client servicing team
• Proactively troubleshoot to prevent roadblocks across the project lifecycle
• Oversee vendor management and approvals
• Mentor US project management and video production teams to ensure process and quality

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in post-production or project management at a production house or agency
• Experience managing full lifecycle across multi-functional campaigns
• Strong understanding of design and motion graphics; post-production (editing, VFX, sound)
• Experience with Airtable or similar PM tools
• Strong communicator and collaborator; detail-oriented; problem solver
• Agency or production house experience; social media experience preferred
