Associate Director, Project Management

📋 Description

• Lead, train, manage, and mentor Project Managers and Senior Project Managers.
• Support recruitment for PM talent and policy development.
• Plan client service delivery and develop biometrics programs.
• Facilitate cross-functional planning and optimize resources.
• Oversee project plans, tracking, reports, and reviews to meet timelines and budgets.
• Identify risks and drive corrective actions with functional leaders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Life Sciences or related field.
• 12+ years in clinical research and development (pharma/biotech/CRO).
• Strong line management and leadership experience.
• Understanding of cross-functional clinical development processes and regulatory affairs.
• Budgeting, resource planning, and milestone delivery skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
