Associate Director, R&D Portfolio FP&A

📋 Description

• Oversee/manage Externals Spend monthly, quarterly and annual Plan, LRP and LBEs.
• Build R&D visualization of Externals, Portfolio views, Internals and consolidated R&D in
• Support monthly portfolio review forum and quarterly portfolio prioritization.
• Prepare executive level financial materials and support.
• Collaborate with Therapeutic Area & Functional Finance Directors.
• Manage, coach and develop direct and indirect reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. CPA or MBA a plus.
• Minimum 7-10 years progressive experience.
• Strong financial, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with ability to operate independently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of SAP, BPC; willingness to learn Workiva, Power BI.
