Associate Director, Recruiting

📋 Description

• Oversee recruiting team across 6 regions: US, Canada, UK, Germany, Australia, Costa Rica
• Identify and hold the team accountable to quality of hire and key metrics
• Oversee end-to-end recruiting as a strategic partner aligning hiring with business goals
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality, diverse candidates
• Advise and coach hiring managers on best practices and interview frameworks
• Manage candidate experience from outreach through onboarding coordination
• Leverage data and metrics to identify bottlenecks, forecast needs, and adjust strategies
• Lead People team initiatives that drive process enhancements and scalability
• Serve as a trusted advisor on complex hiring challenges balancing speed, quality, inclusivity
• Lead teammates on best practices and drive new processes to improve candidate experience

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of fast-paced, high-volume full-cycle recruiting across global markets
• 4+ years managing a team of full-cycle recruiters
• Proven record of independently managing a broad range of roles and collaborating with senior leadership
• Expertise in sourcing and teaching others to source diverse, hard-to-fill roles using advanced techniques
• Deep knowledge of labor markets and recruiting trends, including global compliance and cultural nuances
• Experience using Greenhouse or similar ATS, LinkedIn Talent Solutions, Gem, Juicebox, or equivalent tools
