Associate Director, Recruitment

📋 Description

• Manages and owns full life cycle recruiting: preparation, sourcing, screening, selecting
• Balance and prioritize multiple roles at once while ensuring an active, diverse, and healthy
• Manage hiring efforts for positions across various VaynerX locations
• Work closely with Hiring Managers to navigate seamlessly through the hiring process and ensure a
• Partner with hiring teams to set expectations and develop consistent interview processes that lead
• Collaborate across VaynerX’s Talent team to support process improvements and share knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• 5 - 7 years experience in full cycle recruiting across multiple disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience designing and transforming processes and programs that align with company
• Familiarity with Greenhouse (ATS) and other workforce systems
• Passionate about building and supporting diverse & inclusive teams and cultures
• Experience collaborating successfully with hiring managers to create job descriptions, interview
• An empathetic approach to building relationships based in trust and transparency with candidates
