Associate Director, S&OP, Systems, Data Analysis & Production Planning Operations

📋 Description

• Lead the S&OP cycle end-to-end - align demand, supply, inventory, finance.
• Build and maintain integrated supply/distribution models from source through patient.
• Own configuration, master data and data integrity across ERP/MRP; translate forecasts into production plans.
• Develop analytics, dashboards and KPIs for inventory health, capacity, service levels and forecast accuracy.
• Run scenario and what-if planning for launches, demand shifts and constraints.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy, system utilization and data governance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, ops, or related.
• 8+ years progressive supply chain planning experience.
• S&OP ownership in regulated pharma/biotech.
• Hands-on ERP/MRP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).
• Strong data analytics: AI, SQL, BI tools, Excel.
• Pharma/biotech supply chain experience incl. product launches.
