📋 Description

• Oversee client accounts, projects, budgets across lifecycle with an integrated plan.
• Lead Salesforce configurations; hands-on in all process steps.
• Drive project as primary owner; guide team and complete config tasks.
• Own technical aspects; ensure successful Salesforce implementations.
• Guide customers through change management for smooth transitions.
• Manage delivery quality; oversee juniors; identify and resolve risks.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional services experience.
• Salesforce implementation/configuration/optimization leadership.
• End-to-end Salesforce project experience (planning to go-live).
• Expertise in business process analysis and solution design.
• Experience with Sales/Service/Experience/Marketing Cloud and CPQ+.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Admin or Information Systems.
