  • 10+ years Salesforce with Service & Experience Cloud.
  • 2+ end-to-end implementations of Service & Experience Cloud.
  • Hands-on with out-of-box features of Service & Experience Cloud.
  • Experience with automation flows.
  • Apex and LWC proficiency.
  • ERP integrations via REST/SOAP (NetSuite/ERP) and middleware.
