📋 Description

• Lead ISRM strategy and analytics for security function.

• Own platforms and reporting capabilities for leadership decisions.

• Collaborate with ISRM leadership to set multi-year strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree + 9 years (or higher); or Master's/PhD with fewer years.
• Experience in security strategy, leadership, and cross-functional reporting.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with security maturity frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF).
• Hands-on experience in security domains (architecture, operations, GRC).
• Proven ability to translate findings into strategic priorities and remediation plans.
