Associate Director/Senior Manager, Health Economics & Outcomes Research-Organ Health

📋 Description

• Lead the development, validation, and application of health economic models, including budget
• Partner with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Biostatistics, and other cross-functional teams
• Analyze clinical-trial, observational, and real-world datasets to evaluate healthcare resource
• Lead HEOR publication strategy and development of peer-reviewed manuscripts, scientific abstracts
• Partner with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Commercial teams to translate HEOR
• Develop and adapt health economic evidence and payer models for the U.S. and international markets

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, DrPH, or Master's degree) in Health Economics, Outcomes Research
• 5–10+ years of HEOR experience within biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, medical devices
• Demonstrated experience developing and applying health economic models and conducting outcomes
• Experience supporting payer evidence generation, reimbursement strategy, value dossiers, market
• Experience with precision medicine, molecular diagnostics, companion diagnostics, ctDNA, molecular
• Familiarity with advanced economic and analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel, TreeAge Pro, R
