🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's in Life Sciences or related field
8+ years clinical research experience (pharma, CRO, or site)
2+ years people management experience
Strong oncology expertise; solid tumor/hematology
In-depth understanding of trial ops, regulatory requirements
Budgeting, forecasting, prioritization across projects
