Associate Director, Speaker Programs

📋 Description

• Lead enterprise-wide peer-to-peer education and speaker program strategy.
• Establish governance frameworks for scalable, compliant program execution across units.
• Develop and maintain program policies, SOPs, training materials, playbooks, and docs.
• Ensure program standards across product lines and disease states.
• Serve as internal SME on speaker program best practices, operations, and compliance.
• Oversee end-to-end speaker lifecycle and speaker-related inquiries.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in speaker bureau management or related HCP education in diagnostics/biotech/pharma.
• Experience managing healthcare professional speaker programs at scale.
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, FMV, and HCP contracting.
• Proven ability to develop operational processes, SOPs, governance models, and scalable program infrastructure.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management; strong communication.
