📋 Description

• Provide scientific and statistical expertise for drug development and life-cycle management
• Direct the development of scientific protocols ensuring they are scientifically sound and aligned
• Introduce new statistical methodologies into analysis plans; explain statistical concepts to
• Review and resolve technical or data issues in trial/research design, conduct, or analysis
• Maintain technical skills and knowledge of new statistical methodology; ensure compliance with
• Collaborate with MHI, Clinical Statistics, Data Sciences, and Statistical Programming to evaluate

🎯 Requirements

• MS (10+ years experience) or PhD (6+ years experience) in Statistics, Biostatistics, or related
• High degree of technical competence and sound communication skills (oral and written)
• Competence in experimental and RWE study design, descriptive/inferential statistics, statistical
• Knowledge of methodologies for confounding control and bias minimization in observational studies
• Ability to identify data/analytical issues and provide solutions
• Ability to build strong relationships with peers and cross-functional partners
