🎯 Requirements

MS (10+ years) or PhD (6+ years) in Statistics, Biostatistics, or related field
Experience in RWE study design, statistical modeling, observational studies
Pharmaceutical industry experience
Strong leadership skills, experience mentoring/managing
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
