Associate Director, Strategic Planning and Operations Aesthetics PCS

📋 Description

• Serve as trusted strategic advisor and operational partner to the PCS VP
• Lead franchise planning: long-range planning, quarterly portfolio, launch readiness
• Design/coordinate strategy sessions, meetings, cross-functional forums
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to align on processes, milestones
• Oversee cross-functional initiatives with milestones, risk mitigation
• Maintain transparent operating rhythms and reporting for accountability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or Master’s preferred
• 5+ years pharma or medical device experience preferred
• Strong strategic, organizational and communication skills
• Effective in matrixed organizations; cross-functional collaboration
• Own projects from idea to implementation; iterative mindset
• Ability to present ideas clearly in writing and orally
