📋 Description

• Directly manage assigned employees within the competency.
• Lead performance management, coaching, and development planning.
• Support onboarding and integration of new hires.
• Drive recruiting activities and workforce planning for the competency.
• Maintain competency standards, tools, and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership to align staffing with client needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communication, English, Business, Public Policy, or related field.
• 12+ years in strategic communications, consulting, organizational transformation, program management, or strategy.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Demonstrated people management experience including performance management and development.
• Experience recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing high performing teams.
• Strong expertise in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and executive advisory services.
