• Lead, coach, and develop Studio Operations team.
• Own workforce planning, staffing, and capacity across units.
• Improve processes, workflows, and standards to drive efficiency.
• Monitor studio health using capacity planning, workload, forecasting, and metrics.
• Escalation point for staffing, delivery, and workflow issues.
• Partner with Studio Leaders, PMs, Account and Creative teams to improve execution.
