Associate Director, Study Feasibility & Clinical Partnerships

📋 Description

• Provide leadership and mentoring to feasibility and vendor teams.
• Develop strategic feasibility by analyzing protocols, site capabilities, and data.
• Conduct feasibility assessments to identify sites, vendors, and resources.
• Translate feasibility insights into actionable recommendations for planning and resources.
• Manage vendor relationships, performance tracking, and governance.
• Partner with BD, Finance, Ops, Legal to align strategies with goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in life sciences, healthcare, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in clinical operations, feasibility, and vendor management.
• Strong understanding of clinical protocols, GCP, and activation workflows.
• Experience with sponsors, CROs, site networks, and investigators.
• Feasibility assessments, vendor sourcing, contracting workflows.
• Experience leading and developing teams with coaching.
