📋 Description

• Lead ISN contracting strategy, operating governance, and lifecycle management from program design
• Develop and direct contracting strategy for specialty and retail pharmacy CDAs, FFS and data SOWs
• Provide senior oversight of the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including Fair Market Value review
• Establish governance, prioritization, and escalation mechanisms for contract flow based on program
• Own ISN budget stewardship and forecast accountability, using invoice reconciliation, resource
• Set expectations for operational excellence, including vendor and purchasing readiness after

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of contract drafting and redlining experience, including at least 2 years in a
