📋 Description

• Own the India UEA team, enrollment funnel, and regional target.
• Develop global counseling standard, playbook, and quality framework.
• Lead the India UEA team with resources added over 12 months.
• Build a scalable counseling curriculum across regions.
• Drive conversion metrics and real-time funnel data visibility.
• Collaborate with counselors, client partners, and K12/Explore teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 20+ years in international education counseling.
• Deep UCAS, Common App knowledge and UK/US/Canada processes.
• Proven people leadership and team management experience.
• Ability to codify counseling insights into a repeatable playbook and curriculum.
• Strong data mindset; partner with operations and product teams.
• Willing to base in Delhi, on-site leadership role.
