Associate Director, US Oncology FP&A

📋 Description

• Provide finance leadership and partner closely with brand partners across the US Oncology franchise
• Lead the development, refinement, and governance of FP&A forecasting models aligned to business
• Translate complex financial data into clear, concise insights that support decision-making and help
• Drive Plan, LBE, and LRP cycles in partnership with Commercial and Finance teams.
• Integrate actuals into forecasts and maintain accuracy of revenue and expense projections across
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through analysis, with emphasis on key brand performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 10+ years of progressive finance, accounting, or FP&A experience required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience partnering across functions and influencing without direct authority.
• Proficiency with SAP, BPC, Power BI, and Excel.
