📋 Description

• Set, drive and execute on the Virtual Care team's strategy to enhance program performance including
• Identify and drive execution of cost-savings opportunities by collaborating with key business units
• Program management of key company and department strategy initiatives from development through
• Continuously evaluate financial and operational performance metrics dashboards to drive performance
• Comfortable translating program performance into materials for Senior Leadership report outs
• Development and growth of direct reports, ensuring that colleagues are supported in professional

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years experience in healthcare strategy and operations, and or related field
• 4+ years of experience managing individual contributors
• 3+ years project planning experience
• Bonus: Master's degree
• Bonus: Management Consulting experience with a focus on healthcare
• Bonus: Experience in leading large-scale cross functional initiatives
