Associate, Driver Acquisition

📋 Description

• Lead the driver acquisition function to support rapid growth in expansion cities
• Initiate strategies, online/offline campaigns and execution plans for driver acquisition to
• Design efficient incentives and operation flows to drive supply growth and work with
• Identify the parameters to track performance and create monitoring criteria as well as tracking
• Budget management - Manage and plan budget allocation and track cost from initiatives
• Build presentation to influence senior stakeholders and enable data driven decision making

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum 1-3 year of relevant work experience in business related fields, sales or technology firms
• Working knowledge of SQL is preferred but not essential
• Strong in both operational and analytical skills
• Quantitative discipline with strong business sense and ability to articulate complex analyses to a
