📋 Description

• Proactively engage with Sales, Client Success, Support, and Product Teams
• Master templated and custom SOWs detailing activities, resourcing, deliverables, timing
• Facilitate client workshops and sessions, presenting Bazaarvoice’s value proposition
• Manage and properly set expectations with internal and client stakeholders
• Advocate on behalf of the Client and your team
• Define and maintain project plans; identify risks and churn mitigation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience
• 2-3 years PM/engagement mgmt experience
• Track record with clients and internal stakeholders
• Strong client focus in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter with quick ramp-up ability
