Associate Engineer - Data Platform

📋 Description

• Own real work from day one: packaging and deploying OSS components
• Write and maintain test suites: integration, end-to-end, regression
• Build tooling and docs for complex distributed systems
• Collaborate with engineers and product leaders to grow
• Reproduce issues and document findings for the next engineer
• Contribute to code reviews and raise technical judgment

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in CS, EE, Aerospace or related field, or equivalent ability
• Proficient with AI-assisted dev tools (Copilot, Claude, Cursor)
• Strong testing mindset; you break things and document results
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance
• Familiar with Python, Go, or TypeScript
• Comfortable with CLI and Linux environments
