• Use data and insights to create unique Fever Originals events.
• Lead production for the Polish Market; coordinate third parties.
• Travel for live launches and on-site production as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in event production.
• Native/fluent Polish and strong English; German a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; organized.
• Strong vendor/venue network; able to develop long-term deals.
• Understanding of technical production requirements.
• Familiarity with permitting processes.
• Willingness to travel for live events.
• Passion for learning and quick skills uptake.
