Associate Experience Design Researcher

📋 Description

• Assist with planning and conducting user research studies, including usability testing, interviews
• Recruit, screen, and schedule research participants while maintaining organized research workflows.
• Collect, organize, and document qualitative and quantitative research data.
• Analyze research findings and contribute to identifying meaningful patterns, themes, and user
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate
• Prepare research documentation, reports, presentations, and other materials that communicate

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology
• 0–2 years of relevant experience, with academic, internship, extracurricular, or other UX/research
• Basic understanding of UX research methods, practices, and the product research lifecycle.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly.
• Curiosity, empathy, and genuine interest in understanding user needs and behaviors.
