📋 Description

Manage accounting operations: journal entries, reconciliations
Own month-end closing, variance analysis, BU P&L
Prepare financial reports; analyze KPI trends in revenue and expenses
Assist planning, budgeting and forecasting with senior partners
Update headcount data and ensure accuracy for BU reporting
Prepare business review packs and billing reports

🎯 Requirements

1-3 years experience in a software-based business
Independent with strong analytical skills
Good accounting experience
Excel: intermediate level (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
SAP and TM1 experience would be an advantage
Good communication, verbal and written
