📋 Description

• Conducting contract analysis and checking quality of other analysts’ work
• Capturing clauses under pre-defined fields
• Preparing contract templates (calibration)
• Working with all types of contracts ex.: commercial, public, MSA, NDA, SOW
• Train and oversee the work of Contract Analysts performing contract review
• Implement and maintain quality control and assist in producing hand-offs of multiple deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Hold a Law Degree
• Legally eligible to work in the country this role is based
• 2 years experience working within document review or commercial contracts in a fast-paced
• Exposure to commercial legal environment or other professional services organizations
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt quickly to changes
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality
