📋 Description

• Own day-to-day card issuing and payment network partner relationships.
• Track milestones, KPIs, and performance; flag risks with manager.
• Conduct research to support partner assessments and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional workflows for launches (legal, product, finance).
• Prepare briefings, materials, and summaries for partner meetings.
• Surface data-driven insights to improve partner performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years in BD/partnerships/strategy/ops in fintech/payments/card products.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with minimal oversight.
• Analytical; use data to track performance and partnership economics.
• Experience coordinating across legal, product, and finance for launches.
• Familiarity with contract management: deliverables, renewals, terms.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflows.
