Associate, Fleet Operations (Autonomous Vehicles)

📋 Description

• Oversee site coordinators, in-vehicle safety drivers, and field operators.
• Manage driver/operator scheduling, shift assignments, and timekeeping.
• Coordinate with safety supervisors to keep vehicles safe and ready.
• Link operations with product/engineering; provide actionable feedback.
• Manage on-site depot operations: parking, charging, staging for missions.
• Track KPIs; monitor safety and uptime, identify trends.

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holders.
• 2+ years in operations, fleet management or depot ops.
• Technical knowledge or direct experience with autonomous vehicles, robotics, or IoT deployments.
• Strong coordination and people management; ability to manage shift-based teams.
• Excellent planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Willingness to work on-site and support shift-based ops.
