Associate Fleet Technician, Houston (Overnight)

📋 Description

• Execute daily and weekly preventive maintenance checks to maximize vehicle up-time.
• Perform initial diagnostics and troubleshoot routine hardware/software issues with standard tools
• Carry out minor mechanical repairs, part replacements, and system retrofits/modifications per
• Support transfer, setup, and extraction of autonomous vehicles and robots in operational zones.
• Follow SOPs and complete digital checklists/work orders daily; escalate complex issues with clear
• Respond to operational or roadside emergencies with safety and clear communication.

🎯 Requirements

• Foundational technical/mechanical aptitude with vehicles, electronics, or complex machinery.
• Enjoy solving problems involving hardware, software, and electronic dependencies.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized with strong documentation skills.
• Ability to follow complex technical documentation, schematics, or flowcharts.
• Physical ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and perform maintenance tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
